Welcome to Snap Fitness Rosemount Wellness & Recovery Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, facilities, services, and communications, including SMS/text messaging. By using our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services Provided

We provide wellness and recovery services including, but not limited to:

- Sauna sessions

- Hydrotherapy Recovery Pod (CryoFuzion)

- Massage chairs

- Red light therapy

- Related recovery and wellness services

- All services are subject to availability and appointment scheduling.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services independently.

Minors may use services only with a parent or legal guardian’s consent and supervision where permitted.

Participation in SMS/text messaging programs (if offered) is limited to users 18 years of age or older.


3. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Our services are intended for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

By booking services, you acknowledge that:

- You are physically able to participate

- You accept inherent risks

- You will consult a medical professional when appropriate

- You release us and our staff from claims arising from ordinary participation risks

- You do not have contagious skin conditions or open wounds that could affect others


4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be scheduled in advance

Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior

Late cancellations are non-refundable

No-shows are non-refundable and may result in booking restrictions

We may reschedule due to maintenance, emergencies, or staffing needs


5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe

Payment is required at booking

Prices may change without notice

Promotions and gift cards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash


6. Refunds

Services rendered and late cancellations are non-refundable due to reserved time and capacity.


7. Client Conduct

We may refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, disruptively, or unsafely.


8. Website Use

You agree not to:

- Use the site unlawfully

- Copy or redistribute protected content

- Attempt to disrupt security or functionality

- All branding and content are protected intellectual property.
